2. A retainer fee is required and must be recieved by the date that perfect touch gives you to be returned by for guarantee service on your function.

3. Please have at least one six feet table & electrical outlet ready for disc jockeys arrival( we do not supply the table).

4. If this agreement is breached , damages shall not exceed the amount due under this agreement.

5. Deposits are non refundable .

6. balance is due to be paid (7) days prior to event by check ,money order or cash paid to: bryan c daniels c/o perfect touch services.

7. Perfect touch services  has the right to subsititute an entertainer in cases of emergency ,illness or extenuating cicumstances.

8. We reserve right to stop a performance if the conditions are unsafe (rain ,lighting hurricane, any illegal crimes,unrulely guest).the client heby assumes responability for his or her guess,customers staff,family member and agress to maintain conditions that will not inhibit the performance of the entertainer(s) nor cause loss ,injury or damage to equipment.

9. The client understands and agrees that the provisions is a material provision of this agreement that is a part of the consideration involved in entering into a agreement ,and the client would not have entered into this agreement except for inclusion of the provison herein. This agreement contains the entire agreements of both parties and is binding on both parties. Any future modification to this ageement will not be considerd binding.      Gratuity is also greatly appreciated
